Privacy policy

1. Local game data

Your saved games, statistics, scores and preferences are stored on your device. You do not need to create an NNOff account to play. We do not operate a server for storing your saved games, and the game does not provide cloud synchronization of those saves.

Google Play achievements and third-party services are separate from these local saves, as explained below.

2. Google Play Games

The game uses Google Play Games Services for sign-in and achievements. It attempts sign-in at startup according to your Google Play Games settings. You can also open Google Play from the game’s Statistics screen.

When signed in, achievement unlock information is sent to Google and associated with your Play Games profile. Achievements earned from existing local statistics may also be submitted to the currently signed-in profile. This does not upload your saved card game.

Google processes gamer profile information, game activity and SDK diagnostics under its own policies. Our integration does not persist your Google identity or access tokens in the game’s local save files. Core gameplay remains available without signing in.

3. Advertising & privacy choices

Solitaire Suite uses Unity LevelPlay to manage advertising from Unity Ads, ironSource and Google AdMob. These services may collect and process device and advertising identifiers, IP addresses, device information, advertising interactions and diagnostic data to deliver and measure advertisements, prevent fraud and maintain their services. Processing depends on the service, applicable requirements and your privacy choices.

We use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present privacy choices where required. You can consent, decline consent or manage individual options. Where available, you can review and change your choices through the advertising privacy option in the game’s Settings. Declining consent does not prevent you from playing the game.

4. Purchases

The optional Remove Ads purchase is processed through Google Play using Unity In-App Purchasing. The game receives purchase and ownership information to unlock or restore ad removal and stores your entitlement locally. We do not receive your payment card details through the game. Payment processing is handled by Google Play.

5. This website & contacting us

This product website does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not include analytics trackers or account registration. Loading a website requires your browser to send connection information, such as your IP address, to its hosting provider. Links to Google Play, NNOff and other external sites are subject to those sites’ privacy practices.

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include so that we can respond to your request.

6. Your controls

You can clear local game data through Android’s app storage settings. This removes local progress and preferences; it does not delete data held by Google Play or advertising providers.

You can manage sign-in, profile visibility and game data in Google Play Games settings. Google provides instructions for deleting Play Games data. Local statistics remain separate: if you sign in again while those statistics remain on the device, qualifying achievements may be submitted again.

7. Children’s privacy

Our game is designed for a general audience aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.

8. Changes & contact

We may update this policy as the game or its services change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
